This is the first "large" hand lettered piece/letter I attempeted. Usually it's easier for me to work much smaller but I bought this very nice 14 x 17 thick canson paper and thought to devote more ink to paper ratio ... push myself a bit. I LOVE working large. It's far more time consuming, especially since micron pens don't come in crayola chubby toddler sizes. This A is more simplistic in design than the others. I can get kind of carried away and don't know when to stop, so good for me for putting down the damn pen.
